Register & set up your store
Create your account, add your store name, add products and create cashier accounts. You're ready to sell.

Admin: Create cashier accounts first
In the Admin App → Settings → Cashiers → Manage Cashiers. Add a name and PIN for each cashier.

Open the Cashier App on the cashier's device
Open Chrome on the cashier's phone and visit:

Install to home screen
Same process — tap "Add to Home Screen". The Cashier App installs separately with its own icon.

Log in with store email & PIN
The cashier enters the store's email, selects their name and enters their PIN. They're on the POS screen — nothing else.

No. MiniPOS runs entirely in your browser on any Android or iPhone. No special hardware, no fiscal device, no receipt printer required — though printing is supported if you have one.
Does it support both USD and ZiG? +
Yes. MiniPOS fully supports dual currency — USD and ZiG simultaneously. Prices, totals and receipts handle both currencies correctly every time.
How much does it cost? +
MiniPOS is completely free for your first 30 days with full access to every feature. After that it is $3 USD per month, payable via EcoCash. No contracts — cancel anytime.
Can multiple cashiers use it at the same time? +
Yes. You can create multiple cashier accounts, each with their own PIN. Cashiers log in independently on their devices and can process sales simultaneously.
Is my data safe? +
Yes. All data is synced to a secure cloud server and you can manually back up at any time. Even if you lose your phone, your inventory and sales history can be fully restored.
Will MiniPOS support ZIMRA fiscalisation? +
Yes — ZIMRA FDMS fiscalisation is currently under active development and will be available to all subscribers at no extra cost when it launches.
